Your Order Cancellation Rights

You can cancel your order only if it has not been dispatched yet. Once your order is dispatched, we can no longer cancel it.

Return/exchange Eligibility (unboxing video is compulsory)

We accept returns within 2 days from the date of your successful delivery. If more than 2 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item you’re returning must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

Please kindly take note that a few items featured on our website cannot be returned. We encourage you to thoroughly review the product details and any specific return conditions specified on the item’s page before making a purchase.

To ensure transparency and validate your claim, please provide an unboxing video when reporting order issues. Please note that fabricated or misleading videos may hinder the cancellation or refund process. Thank you for your cooperation.

Returning Wrong or Damaged Items

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. To expedite the resolution process, we kindly request you to provide an unboxing video as part of your complaint or dispute. The unboxing video is crucial, as it helps us accurately assess the situation and determine the best course of action.

Please note that providing an unboxing video is compulsory when reporting an issue with your order. It ensures transparency and helps us verify the legitimacy of your claim. If we find that the provided unboxing video is misleading or fabricated, we won’t be able to process the cancellation or refund for your order.

Refund Process (if applicable)

Once we receive the returned goods, we will initiate your refund, and you can expect to see it in your account no later than 36 hours from the receipt of the returned items. We will use the same payment method you used for your order, and you won’t incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Please note that after verifying the unboxing video, we will proceed with the refund if the video is found to be accurate.
